Alexandra Ralph, CPT, CGFI
Hello! I'm Alex, Owner & Head Fitness Coach for RxFitness Coaching. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also hold my AFAA-CGFI. A former ballet dancer, my fitness story began at the age of 18 when I hired a personal trainer to help me learn how to lift weights prior to college. In college, I fell in love with running, and by the time I was married and pregnant with my first child, daily exercise was a non-negotiable part of my physical & mental well-being. I became a fitness instructor after the birth of my 4th child, and have been passionate about educating, inspiring, & motivating people on their own fitness journeys ever since. I'd love to help you become the healthiest version of yourself!
My Vision
I've found that most people are often just missing one tiny piece of the puzzle - whether it's your workout routine or nutrition, something is missing and making it hard to achieve your desired outcome. And while you're probably doing a lot of things right, identifying that missing piece will make everything click so you can see progress, whatever your fitness goals may be.
My vision for my clients is a simple, effective, and scientific approach to an individualized fitness and nutrition plan. My goal is for my clients to stop spinning their wheels, and efficiently progress toward a fitter, stronger, and healthier version of themselves.
